Direct Seller
Application form for becoming Diect Seller under promoter of any exsting Direct seller has to be sumitted through internet and a print out of the same has to be sent to the company after signing it by applicant along with necessary documents.

- Twp Passport size coloured photograph
- Photo Identity Proof ( Voter’s Identity Card or Driving License or Adhar Card or Goverment certified ID Proof)
- PAN Card
- Canclelled orignal signed cheque which has the name printed of account holder or orignal bank statement issuued and attested by bank for the proof of bank account number
There is no charge for registration as Direct Seller. After scrunity of the application form and documents and then the acceptance as Direct Seller, a Unique ID Number will be given. After receivng the ID Number, the Direct Seller has to obtain the ID Card by Login their personal account on website.
Sponsorship for new applicant shall be allowed only promoter and sponsor complete purchases of mim 1000/- Purchases can be done in parts but it has to be completed in a single month (commencing from the first day of month to end of that month). if promoter or sponsor does not fulfill this conditon they will not enttled to sponsor. However Direct Seller will get performance bonus as per marketing plan by product purchases
One Direct Seller can sponsor as many person as he/she desire. Sponsor who s not Direct Seller can sponser single new person but benifit privileges wil be gven only after becoming Direct Seller.
Calculation Of Sales Incentive
Sales Incentive is calculated on fixed percentage of business volume of the purchase made by direct seller and their groups on differential basis as follows:

Example :
Purchase in main leg : 80000 B.V.
purchase in other leg : 33000 B.V.
Self Purchase : 2000 B.V.
Total Purchase Volume : 115000 B.V.
Calculation of Performence Bonus:
Bonus of total group : 115000 X 24% = 27600/-
Less Bonus of main leg : 80000 X 21.5% = 17200/-
Less Bonus of other leg : 33000 X 16.5% = 5445/-
Net Performance Bouns : 4955/-
Note:
Performance Bonus will be given to only those Direct Seller whose minimum purchase of product is 100 B.V. in relevent month. Performence Bonus will be calculated on monthly Business Volume on difference basis system (Deduction of performance bonus of downline from performance bonus of total group).

Note:
Royalty Bonus will be given to only those Direct Seller whose minimum purchase of product is 1500 B.V. in relevent month.
Royalty Bonus will be calculated on monthly Business Volume on difference basis system (Deduction of performance bonus of downline from performance bonus of total group).
Royalty bonus start from next month of royalty status achieved.

Terms & Conditions
- Except abnormal reasons calculation of sales incentive shall be completed with in 40 days from the last day of the month, for which sales incentive is to be calculated.
- The amount of sales incentive will be remitted with in 90 days from the date of calculation of the sales incentive. Sales incentive below Rs. 500 shall be remitted once with in one year from the date of first accrual of sales incentive.
- Payment of sales incentive shall be made by anyone mode of banking system (NEFT/RTGS/INTER BANKING TRANSFER). For this ,it is mandatory to give correct bank account details by Direct Seller.
- If Direct Seller does not receive payment due to non compliance of rules of Direct Selling by Direct Seller or by any other reasons created by Direct Selller, then complete responsibility for delay/ non payment will be of Direct Seller.
- If any defect is found in any of the product purchased, then the same can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be supported wth bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle. The Purchaser should ensure that condition of the product should be similsr to the condition which was prevailed at the time of purchase.
